2) Complete your 12 workouts in 30 days You have 30 days from the start of your first workout to
complete your 12 workouts. You will not be allowed to
extend your coupon past the 30 days if you don't complete
your 12 workouts. We have a waiting list for your spot so it's
very important you finish your 12 workouts within 30 days of
your start day. If you decide to join Firm Body Boot Camp don't
wait past 30 days to join otherwise your spot will be given
away to someone else.

5) You can workout any time and change your times each workout.
If you are planning on working out at a certain time and a last minute emergency comes up and you can't make
that time you don't have to call us and reschedule, just come at a different time because we start a new workout
each hour.
6) Your first workout you will schedule with our Master Fitness Coach

you the entire "Firm Body Boot Camp" routine and fat burning zone workout. Once you complete the first
workout then you know our routine and can come at any of our workout times.
7) Type of workout: Functional / interval training
It's an all body workout, with lots of buns, thighs, hips, stomach / core shaping exercises. You wear a heart
monitor watch and we calculate your "Fat Burning Zone" for your age, body, and goals. You have never
experienced a workout that was specifically designed for rapid fat loss for your exact goals.
8) Group Training with a Personal Trainer High energy personal trainers will instruct you and a group of people who all have the same goals to get fit, get
firm, tone, lose inches, increase energy, drop pants sizes and feel tons better through a hi-energy, rapid fat loss
workout. Size of group with range between 3 and 30 people. The more people in a group the more excitement,
energy and motivation to keep you going.
9) What is required:
*Heart Monitor watch - We have them available for purchase at the gym and they are a MUST for losing
body fat. They range between $69 - $109 dollars. "DO NOT" buy a watch that
doesn't have the chest strap as they don't work properly with our type of fast pace
workouts.
*Diet program is included We have proven diets that is included in the program. Our recommended supplements are also available
for purchase at the gym. If your diet we include needs modified to meet your specific needs there will be an
additional charge for making those changes.
10) Ideal for all ages up to 70 years old
Our proven heart rate training keeps each boot camper in their specific "Fat Burning Zone" which keeps you at
your own pace, intensity and fitness level. If you have specially needs, like bad knee's, shoulders, back, ect. we
customize the workouts so you can get fit without being stopped because of physical issues. Also if your an
extreme fitness boot camper our Master trainers will push you individually past your comfort zone.
11) Typical Results
You will Lose a minimum of 12 inches in 12 workouts. Once you start your first workout you will have 30 days to
complete your 12 workouts. 3 workouts a week is recommended for best results. Also for maximum
results combining our diet and supplement programs with our workouts will deliver up to 24 inches of fat loss in
30 days. However, if you do not use a heart monitor watch and/or finish your 12 workouts within 30 days we
don't guarantee you will Lose 12 inches.
12) No Pressure, Obligation, or sales pitch to continue after 1 month.
We have been in the personal training industry for 10 years and we never pressure anybody into working out
with us because the last thing we want is a client that doesn't want to be there. Our business is built from
delivering proven results and our referral program. If during the 1 month you decide to continue with us after
your 1 month program then we will custom build you a short term or long term "Firm Body Boot Camp and diet
program to meet your specific needs.
13) What is the cost to continue after boot camp ends
Our programs range from $69 - $197 / month and that depends on # of workouts per week, length of workouts,
length of program and if you join with a friends, family members or sign up with your business on our corporate
account.
14) Referral program
Working out with friends or family members is the best way to save lots of money and get fit together. If your a
hair stylist, teacher, real estate agent, massage therapist, police, fireman, nurse, Mary Kay, work in an office
with others or just a avid Facebook user with a following of friends our referral program could earn you FREE
month boot camps month after month or even be paying you because you simply share your results with your
friends and they join one of our bootcamps.
