After looking over the diet I have several questions. I'm confused that it's a 1600 calorie diet yet many of the
items don't have a serving sizes?

For instance all the snacks saw almonds, peanuts, cashews or granola, but how much?

Also what type of granola there's tons out there, but most are really high in calories and some in sugar??
